CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
We would respectfully remind guests that all
bookings are on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast basis and this constitutes a
contract between themselves and Corriegour Lodge Hotel. Curtailment of a stay will incur a facility charge of £59.50 per person per day. We would advise guests to take out travel insurance
against unforeseen cancellations.
A non-returnable booking deposit of £59.50 per person is required to confirm all
bookings. Where credit card details are given by telephone or in writing this is
also classed as a non-returnable booking deposit per person.
Our geographical position makes it necessary for us to reserve the right to make
full charge for any cancellation within 14 days of arrival and for any
curtailment to be charged for the
remaining nights if the room is unsold.
The proprietors acccept no liability for loss or damage to guests’ property
however caused.
Vehicles and their contents are parked by guests at
their own risk in all respects.
Children over 8 years are welcome and reductions are available when sharing a
room with 2 adults. We regret that we are unable to accept pets.
Our Loch View Dining Room is a non-smoking area, although cigarettes can be
smoked in the adjacent Cocktail Bar. Drinks and coffee can be taken by the log
fire.
In addition to being awarded 4 stars by the Scottish Tourist Board we are a
Member of the
Taste of Scotland Scheme. We also feature in the Good Hotel Guide, Best Loved
Hotel Guide and have been awarded 4 Dinning Rosettes by Hotel Review.
Special Promotional rates may be available subject to availability and
allocation on a minimum 2 – 3 night duration, special terms and conditions
apply.
Special Events
New Year - all inclusive, special events, group
bookings.
A deposit of £100 per person is payable in advance, with the balance to be paid 8
weeks prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation, the minimum
deposit would always be charged up to 8 weeks prior to arrival, with the full
amount being charged from 8 weeks, unless the accommodation is re-let to another
client.
In the event that a fully inclusive package is sold at a discounted rate due to
a cancellation, the difference would be charged to the client making the
cancellation.
This tariff supersedes all previous tariffs, and the right is reserved by
Corriegour Lodge Hotel to make revision to published prices depending on the
rate of financial inflation and Value Added Tax.
Payment
We prefer cash, travellers or
sterling cheques to credit cards. We will however accept Visa, Access, Eurocard,
Switch, Delta, Mastercard and American Express.
